This Privacy Policy applies to the Littliary mobile application (the "Application") developed by Ianori Oy (the "Service Provider").

The Application does not:
Data created while using the Application is stored locally on your device.
The Service Provider does not operate servers for storing your Application data and does not have access to data stored locally on your device.
The Application may optionally support Apple's iCloud services for backup and synchronization of your data across your Apple devices.
If iCloud backup or synchronization is enabled, your data may be transmitted from your device to Apple's iCloud infrastructure and stored within your personal iCloud account.
The Service Provider does not receive, access, collect, view, or store data that is backed up or synchronized through iCloud.
Use of iCloud is governed by Apple's terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
The Application does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or marketing services.
If iCloud backup or synchronization is enabled, Apple's iCloud service is used solely for storing and synchronizing your data between your devices.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, share, or disclose user data to third parties.
If you choose to enable iCloud backup or synchronization, data is transmitted directly between your device and Apple's iCloud services as required to provide backup and synchronization functionality.
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
The Application is designed so that user data remains under the user's control. The Service Provider does not maintain databases containing user-generated Application data.
If iCloud backup or synchronization is enabled, the security of data stored in iCloud is provided by Apple according to Apple's security practices.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and indicated by an updated effective date.
